Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

At our jewelry store, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and presentation of every piece we offer. Each item is carefully inspected for quality and condition before being securely packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Exchanges Only — No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to consider exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to prior authorization and approval by our team.

Exchange requests must be based on a legitimate reason and are not guaranteed solely due to a change of preference or because a customer no longer likes the item. Approved exchanges must be for jewelry of a similar type and category. Items of higher value may be exchanged upon payment of the price difference, subject to availability and our approval.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For the protection of our customers and the integrity of our products, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Jewelry that has been sized, altered, personalized, or custom-ordered.
• Coins and bullion.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition.

Exchange Authorization and Shipping

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and receive prior authorization from our team before the item is mailed back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange. An exchange will be processed only after we have received and inspected the original item and confirmed that it meets our exchange requirements.

If the replacement item is priced higher than the original purchase, the customer is responsible for paying the difference before the exchange is completed.

Online Product Images and Sizing

The appearance, proportions, and perceived size of jewelry in online images may vary depending on screen settings, photography, and display dimensions. We encourage customers to carefully review the product descriptions, measurements, and specifications before placing an order.

Gold Market Prices

Gold prices fluctuate according to market conditions. Therefore, jewelry prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any exchange is subject to our approval and the applicable pricing and valuation at the time of the exchange.
